Tequila Pacheco

Our Process

The Soil

Conception

Tequila Pacheco is born in the Valle (valley) region of Jalisco, in a cunning town named Amatitán. Here the dark volcanic soil provides a very mexican flavor to the agave bringing distinctive flavors and aromas.

Agave

100% Blue weber agave

Straight from the Valley of Jalisco, Mexico, the finest agaves that grow in this volcanic soil with the perfect climate, are hand-selected by experts for our Tequila.

Harvest

By experts

The Blue weber agave is hand-selected by experts who deemed ready for the Tequila Pacheco flavor profile. Once the jimadores have selected the perfect piñas, the outer leaves are trimmed to a precise length before transferring them into the very first process, the cooking.

12 Hrs

SLOW COOK

Our agave piñas are cooked in ovens for 12 hours, and what makes special Tequila Pacheco is that in our cooking process we use from 7kg to 8kg of agave per liter, while others use from 3kg to 4kg per liter only.
